Are you between 14 and 16 and passionate about music? Whether you're dreaming of a career as a musician or just looking for a fun and exciting after-school activity in Plymouth, City College Plymouth Music Performance Academy is perfect for you.

Join us one evening a week, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, to enhance your musical skills and creativity.  This programme is £60.

Course Description

Here's what you can expect:

• Improve your techniques on your chosen instrumentExplore and express your musical creativity

• Enhance your performance skills in a supportive environment

• Connect with like-minded musicians and become part of the City College Plymouth community.

• Over six weeks, you'll work with our professional music instructors in state-of-the-art facilities. You'll perform a variety of musical styles, culminating in a special performance where you'll showcase your talents in bands formed during the course.

  
  

  This academy is designed for all skill levels, but we recommend having at least six months of playing experience to make the most of it.

  We provide all necessary equipment and instruments. However, you are welcome to bring your own instrument, that favourite guitar, or titanium drum sticks.
