Your membership includes:
Free public swimming sessions at Plymouth Life Centre
Two complimentary personal training sessions to kickstart your fitness journey

Gym Opening Hours:

We’ve designed flexible hours to fit your schedule:

Monday: 8:30–9:00 am, 12:15–1:00 pm, 4:00–6:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:30–9:00 am, 12:15–1:00 pm, 3:30–4:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:30–9:00 am, 12:15–1:00 pm, 3:30–6:00 pm
Thursday: 8:30–9:00 am, 12:15–1:00 pm, 3:00–6:00 pm
Friday: 8:30–9:00 am, 12:15–1:00 pm
For those aged 18 and over, the gym is also open daily from 7:00–8:30 am and 6:00–8:00 pm.

Memberships are valid until July 5, 2025.

How do I join?

· Pay your monthly pass fee online

· Collect and complete an application form (available from the Student Union) and take it to the gym during opening hours, where one of our instructors will book an induction for you.

· Once you complete your induction you will have access to the gym for one month + free public swimming at Plymouth Life Centre and Plympton Pool.

Gain access to our exciting weekly fitness classes with the £3 Activity Pass, available for non-gym members.
