Prior to making a deposit you must have had confirmation that you can travel from Demi Carter or Lyndsay Whitfield.
Once payments have been made, they will not be refunded and so we would strongly advise you to obtain travel insurance in the event that the student is unable to attend the trip.
A consent form and photographic evidence of your passport must be provided prior to the trip date.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are on time for collection. This is likely to be an early start from City College Plymouth and a late return.
You will be required to share a room between 4-6 other students. This will be arranged nearer the time of the trip.
A DBS check is required for those who were 18 before 31.07.24 (Tourism tutors will help to arrange this).
