Enjoy free public swimming sessions at Plymouth Life Centre, two personal training sessions, sports therapy treatments, and a postural assessment. The gym is open on weekdays from 7:00-9:00 am, 12:00-1:00 pm, and 4:00-8:00 pm, offering convenient times to work out around your busy day. Memberships are valid until July 5, 2025. Purchase online, submit your application form, and book your gym induction to begin using the facilities.

How do I join?

· Pay your membership fee online

· Complete an application form and take it to the gym during the opening hours shown below, where one of our instructors will book an induction for you.

· Once you complete your induction you will have access to the gym.
