PLEASE NOTE: If you pay by PayPal you may not be able to get a refund due to PayPal policies therefore it is best to pay by debit card.

Once purchased you will receive confirmation of payment from the Online Store. Your locker key will be issued by the department.

At the end of the academic year you will need to hand your locker key back to the department so they can arrange a refund. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 days to process.

Should you lose the key or be unable to return it at the end of term, the £5 will be retained by the department to cover the cost of a replacement key.
