A £5.00 deposit is required for each locker key.
You will receive an email confirming payment. Your locker key will then be available to collect from reception at Creative Solutions on the 5th floor.
At the end of term you will need to hand your locker key in to the receptionist. The receptionist will then contact the Cash Office to arrange a refund. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 days to process.
Lockers must be emptied and keys handed back no later than Friday 25th June 2027 to ensure the return of your deposit. If you are continuing on a study programme in September 2027, you will still need to return your key by Friday 25th June 2027.
Any students returning a key after this date will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
Should you lose the key or be unable to return it at the end of term, the £5 will be retained by the department to cover the cost of a replacement key.
All lockers will be emptied by a member of staff after Friday 25th June 2027. If the items emptied from you locker are not collected by Friday 2nd July 2027 then they will be disposed of.
