Detailed Description
A £5.00 deposit is required for each locker key.
You will receive an email confirming payment. Your locker key will then be available to collect from reception at Creative Solutions on the 5th floor.
At the end of term you will need to hand your locker key in to the receptionist. The receptionist will then contact the Cash Office to arrange a refund. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 days to process.
Lockers must be emptied and keys handed back no later than Friday 27th June 2025 to ensure the return of your deposit. If you are continuing on a study programme in September 2025, you will still need to return your key by Friday 27th June 2025.
Any students returning a key after this date will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
Should you lose the key or be unable to return it at the end of term, the £5 will be retained by the department to cover the cost of a replacement key.
All lockers will be emptied by a member of staff after Friday 27th June 2025. If the items emptied from you locker are not collected by Friday 4th July 2025 then they will be disposed of.
