I understand that First Aiders in the workplace may have to deal with stressful and physically demanding emergency procedures. Such procedures will include kneeling to render resuscitation to a casualty lying on the ground, or trapped in places with restricted access; they may also require strenuous efforts to affect the rescue and appropriate treatment of the casualty.

As far as I am aware, I have no medical problems, physical or mental, which would hinder me coping with such situations, or in the training for such situations.
