The HSE now strongly recommend that all first aiders attend a yearly update course to avoid loss of skills. This refresher course provides you with the opportunity to do this. 

Over a three and a half hour period you will have use of all training mannequins and facilities to give you the confidence and knowledge to continue to deal with first aid emergencies.

As a First Aid training provider City College Plymouth has demonstrated that we are competent to deliver first aid training and have the necessary quality assurance systems in place. The HSE have provided guidance which is met by City College to help in the selection of an appropriate training organisation/route.
